Hi, I'm Chip!

With more than 30 years of mortgage lending experience, Chip Larson brings deep industry knowledge and a relationship-focused approach to helping homebuyers navigate the mortgage process.


Since beginning his career in mortgage loan origination in 1993, Chip has helped borrowers throughout Wisconsin and beyond find financing solutions that fit their goals.


Chip is well versed in Conventional, FHA, VA and first-time homebuyer loan programs and has a thorough understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines. His experience allows him to help borrowers understand their options and approach the mortgage process with confidence.


A graduate of Ripon College with a B.A. in Economics, Chip prides himself on providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with realtors, business owners and past clients.


Chip primarily serves homebuyers throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine and Kenosha counties.



Outside of work, Chip enjoys pickleball, coaching tennis, following Wisconsin sports and spending time with his wife, Mary, and their two sons. The family also enjoys spending time together at Blue Spring Lake, where they boat, swim, and enjoy the outdoors.
